Our Team

Zachary is a former Sergeant for the United States Marine Corps. His training and dedication to raising the standard on who young men ought to become is his greatest gifting. His heart is to see young men come to a deep relationship with God that reflects respect, honesty, humility, and honor.

For over 20 years David has been a father, pastor, counselor, and has a heart for the lost. He came on as Director of the original Door Program and then founded The Lionheart Program, The Lioness Home, a secondary location for The Door, two camps per year and many dreams ahead for at-risk teens and young adults.
